These terms apply to yemericafc.com, the website of Yemerica FC, a recreational Saturday indoor soccer club in Taylor, Michigan. By using the site you agree to them.

Using the site

The public pages are free to view and need no account. Please don't try to access the admin area without an invitation, interfere with the site, or copy its content in bulk.

Staff accounts

Admin and scorekeeper accounts are by invitation only. If you have one, keep your sign-in secure, record results honestly, and only use the admin area for club business. We can remove access at any time.

Teams, results and statistics

Teams, fixtures, results and statistics are recorded by club volunteers and may contain mistakes. If you spot one, let us know and we'll correct it. The site is for information only and doesn't set the rules for games, which are run by the club on the day.

Content and names

The Yemerica FC name, crests and site design belong to the club. Player names and statistics are published as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yemerica FC and its volunteers are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
